Who is responsible

BEN is the name used for Car Crusher's developer, Ben Furnes, who is responsible for the app and the personal information handled for support. This policy explains how the game, its purchase and advertising services, and support communications handle information. Contact apps@kodeord.no about the app or this policy.

Your game stays on your device

The app stores your cash balance, upgrades, machine level, Prestige, processed-car totals, sound and vibration settings, active play time, purchase-delivery records, pending Time Warp quotes and bonus-reward records on your device. These records run the game, preserve progress and prevent duplicate rewards or purchase deliveries.

There is no Car Crusher account, developer-run cloud save or separate gameplay analytics service. The app does not upload your saved cash or level history to a developer server. It does not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise location.

Crushing runs only while the game is active in the foreground. There is no background or automatic offline production. Elapsed active play time controls gameplay and bonus-offer timing; changing the phone's date does not create cash or progress.

Purchases and Time Warps

Apple handles in-app purchases and payment information through the App Store. Car Crusher receives verified purchase information, including product and transaction identifiers and quantity, to deliver the item and prevent a second delivery. The app does not receive your full payment-card details.

Cash packs and Time Warps are consumable items. A Time Warp grants the cash amount shown when you confirm the purchase; it does not run the game in the background. Its saved quote reference links that amount to the purchase. Delivery records and pending quotes stay in the local save.

The app retries unfinished verified purchases when active. This recovers an interrupted delivery, not already-delivered consumables that were spent or lost with deleted local progress. A pending Time Warp also needs its original saved quote. Keep the app and its local data if a delivery needs support.

Optional bonus videos

When advertising is enabled and available, Car Crusher uses Google Mobile Ads to provide optional rewarded videos. During eligible foreground play, the app may contact Google to prepare a video before you choose whether to watch it. You can dismiss a bonus offer and continue playing.

Google's SDK may process your IP address and approximate area, device or app identifiers, advertising views and interactions, crash diagnostics and performance information. Google uses this information for advertising, measurement, service improvement and security. The data handled depends on SDK behavior, available permissions and privacy choices; dismissing an offer does not undo an earlier ad-preparation request.

Car Crusher requests limited, non-personalized ads, disables Google's publisher ad personalization and publisher first-party ID features, and limits ad content to Google's general-audience rating. The app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission. These settings do not eliminate all data processing: Google may still process IP addresses, diagnostics and information needed to provide and protect its services.

Car Crusher does not add a separate gameplay analytics service or send your local save to Google. Google's services and advertising partners handle information under their own privacy terms, which describe their retention, sharing and international processing.

Advertising privacy choices

When advertising is configured and enabled, the active app asks Google's User Messaging Platform once per app launch to refresh consent information and privacy-choice availability. That check may contact Google, but does not present a consent form, start Google Mobile Ads or load an ad.

At an eligible foreground bonus opportunity, Google's User Messaging Platform presents any required advertising privacy messages before the app requests an ad. The app checks whether Google permits an ad request before loading it. Where Google requires a privacy-options entry point, Settings shows Ad privacy choices so you can revisit the form.

Choices can affect which ads are available. You can play without watching bonus videos. To report an inappropriate or age-inappropriate ad, use Report an ad in Settings and include the advertiser or ad title and what concerned you, if known.

When you contact support

Emailing apps@kodeord.no shares your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send with the developer and the email services used to deliver and handle the conversation. This information is used to respond to your request, investigate the issue and maintain the support record.

The app's email buttons open a draft containing the app version and a topic. They do not send it automatically or attach your local save, logs or other files. Please send only relevant information and never send passwords or full payment-card details.

Support correspondence is retained as needed to handle the request, follow up on the issue and meet any applicable record-keeping obligations. You can contact support to request access, correction or deletion of information in your support messages.

Retention, deletion and your rights

Local game progress is retained in the app's storage. Deleting the app removes its local data; offloading an app can retain that data. Device backup and restore features may also affect local files. Car Crusher provides no separate cloud backup or remote recovery of a deleted save.

Deleting the app does not delete Apple's transaction records, information already handled by Google, or emails you sent to support. Apple and Google describe their own retention and privacy controls in the linked policies.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of personal information, object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority. Contact support about information handled for support. Use the advertising privacy form and Apple's or Google's controls for information handled by those services. There is no remotely held Car Crusher player account to delete.

Policy updates

This policy may be updated when the app or its services change. The date at the top identifies this version. The policy included with the app remains readable without an internet connection; external service links require a connection.
